Stonewire® did a soft launch of an online eye care store in early January with little fanfare. The goal of our online store at that time was to offer another avenue for our customers to learn about and purchase the products our eye doctors were recommending and prescribing in the clinic.

We also heard from many of our customers that they didn’t want to return to Kingsway Mall to pick up something. They instead were increasingly asking us to direct-ship products to their home or business, similar to how we already handle contact lenses.

So we started by building a platform for our most popular selling dry eye products like Thealoz and Systane lubricating drops.

Today, our online eye care store is just one of the ways we’re trying to continue servicing our customers during these times of social distancing and mall closures.

We’re going to keep adding more products to the store over the next few weeks to better mirror all the products we recommend and carry instore, including contact lenses.

Our online store offers flat rate shipping fees using Canada Post express post® for fast, secure shipping. We can also ship to P.O. Box address across the province and across Canada.

In the meantime, if you need anything from us, you are still welcome to call our clinic Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, where a real live person will take your call. We call her Liz.
